Where to find the order number
It is in the subject line of your confirmation email and at the top of the receipt — it looks like TV-261021-00001. The phone number is whichever one you gave for delivery, not the one on your account.

Picked from stock and on its way into a parcel.
Shipped
With the courier, with a tracking number against it.
